For a free cancellation, the guest must cancel at least 30 full days before local check-in time. 

For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, guest must cancel 15 full days prior to check-in time.

If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.

If the guest cancels with less than 14 days notice or decides to leave early after check-in, unspent nights are not refunded.
