DISCOMFORT DUE TO CONSTRUCTIONS IN THE PROXIMITY OF A RESERVED VILLA

The company is not responsible for any inconvenience that may be caused by construction works in the vicinity of the reserved villa, and is therefore exempt from the responsibility of compensating or relocating guests for this reason.

CAN I BOOK ONLINE?

Yes, you can make a reservation directly on your preferred booking platform or alternatively you can make a direct reservation and take advantage of the special 15% discount. Please contact us directly so we can guide you through the procedure.

IS COMMERCIAL USE OF THE HOUSE ALLOWED?

Yes, commercial use of the homes is allowed. The rates that appear on our website are for vacation rentals, and the cost of productions or events will be determined by a closed budget.

WHAT DOES THE RENTAL OF THE PROPERTY INCLUDE?

Accommodation as specified. Linens and towels. Electricity. Initial supply of toilet paper, soap and dish detergent. End of stay cleaning.

DO I HAVE TO COUNT CHILDREN AND BABIES WHEN I CALCULATE THE COST OF THE BOOKING?

Children over 2 years old will be included in the reservation cost calculation.

ARE THERE AVAILABILITY OF CRIBS AND CHAIRS FOR BABIES?

Yes, we can provide a free cot and a chair for 1 baby in most villas, you have to request this when booking. If there is an additional cost, we will notify you at the time of booking.

ARE TOWELS AND SHEETS PROVIDED IN THE ACCOMMODATION?

Yes, bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided.

IS END OF STAY CLEANING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Yes, final cleaning is included in the reservation price.

IS AN IRON AND IRONING BOARD SUPPLIED?

Yes, each villa has an iron and ironing board.

ARE HAIR DRYERS SUPPLIED?

Yes, each villa has a hairdryer per bathroom.

DO I HAVE TO BRING POWER ADAPTERS?

Yes, the accommodation will be equipped with local plugs and if you live in another country it will be necessary to bring your own adapters, if applicable, to be able to connect the electrical devices you are traveling with.

DOES THE ACCOMMODATION HAVE CABLE OR SATELLITE TV, WHAT CHANNELS CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE?

It will be a local cable or satellite service in the country you are visiting. Some English channels are available. All villas have Smart TV so you will also have access to any supported streaming service.

CAN ADDITIONAL SERVICES BE BOOKED?

ARE TRANSFERS SUPPLIED?

Transfers are not included in the cost of your reservation. Consult our service catalog and contact us if you would like an airport pick-up and/or delivery of your rental vehicle to the villa.

CAN WE HAVE AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING SERVICE DURING OUR STAY?

DO ALL PROPERTIES HAVE A PRIVATE POOL?

Yes, the pool is for the exclusive use of the house.

WHEN IS POOL HEATING AVAILABLE?

The pools are heated throughout the year at no additional cost with variable temperatures between 26°C and 28°C, depending on the weather.

WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT?

You can check in after 3:00 p.m. and check out until 10:00 a.m. If you have early or delayed flights, we will try to be flexible based on availability. Please contact us.

WHAT IS A BOND AND WHEN IS IT REFUNDED?

We have a damage deposit for all our properties and the amount is established in relation to the category of villa reserved.

The deposit must be paid before check-in and we make the refund within a maximum of 2 days after departure. The deposit is refunded in the same way as it is paid.

HOW ARE WE GOING TO LOCATE THE PROPERTY?

After confirming your reservation, we will send you instructions on how to get to the property.

IF I FIND A PROBLEM WITH THE PROPERTY WHO DO I CALL?

Prior to the beginning of your stay we will contact you, we will answer your questions or complaints during your stay by telephone or messaging.

PETS ALLOWED?

Pets are generally not allowed.
